Mission Statement

The James Family Foundation is a private family foundation in Charlotte, North Carolina dedicated to improving lives by supporting work in the fields of education, health and human services, human rights and the environment.

The foundation was created in 2006 to support the philanthropic interests of the James family. Through 2017, the foundation has donated more than $5.3 million to these causes. The foundation does not accept unsolicited requests for grants.
